Compare CUCM 9.x Enhanced Location CAC (E-LCAC) with Traditional Location CAC (LCAC)

I thought this will be useful to share. E-LCAC is the enhanced version of traditional static LCAC.

Note: E-LCAC doesn't overcome the limitation of network failures and dynamic changes detection which is provided by RSVP.
